AFR012 sees a debut in the shape of Berlin based Anders Hellberg who delivers 4 powerful, driving Techno in the Somewhere EP. Anders may be new to the Techno scene but shows great maturity in his productions as he ranges from deep and Detroit influences to straight up banging Techno

Title track Somewhere takes you on a journey as dream like pads glide across a solid percussive background. Sector48 comes from a similar angle as rolling drum workouts are cut with piercing leads and shimmering pads, constantly growing and pulsing. Protocol leads with a sound reminiscent of early UK Techno with it’s straight up percussion and twisted lead. Helberg closes of a fantastic debut on AFR with the thumping Contactee, serving up a continuous stream of high quality beats of razor sharp synths.
